In addition to teaching Social Justice in Public Health, he facilitates the practice-based learning and community engagement of Master of Public Health students. He also presents invited presentations and facilitates skill-building workshops on teaching and public health practice. He holds a JD from the University of Michigan and an MPH from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He earned his undergraduate degree in government at William & Mary.
