It then explores the development of organizational behavior from its simple beginnings to its current status as a complex area of study, essential for those aspiring to hold managerial positions.

The material covers a wide range of concepts, including individual behavior foundations, motivational strategies, and job design. It emphasizes the need for understanding human behavior in an organizational context and how it impacts managerial decision-making. The book also discusses the managing of social processes, decision making, and the importance of leadership, innovation, and organizational culture in today's dynamic business environment.

"It is awesome to see a great resource for some of the foundation classes in Management and Organizational Behavior. Often, first- and second-year students who attend college directly from high school (100-200 course level) only have an 'as seen in the movies' perspective of managers and organizational behavior. This resource covers a wide range of managerial concepts in an easy-to-read and foundational textbook. It uses a structured approach to engage behaviors, group dynamics, and the effects of decision-making by leadership. Ask for a review copy today and check this out!"
