Jeff Schlicht holds a Ph.D. in exercise science from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Schlicht is a professor in the Department of Health Promotion and Exercise Sciences and the director of the ROCKyourBODY wellness program at Western Connecticut State University. He is the author of numerous professional publications, and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
