The final book in a three book series on entrepreneurial skills, Smart Start-Up Growth: Strategies that Make Your Business Thrive, teaches readers how to plan for growth, and network effectively in order to develop the right resources needed to support that growth. It also addresses how to attract and engage customers in order to build both awareness and revenue.

The book discusses five dimensions of successful growth: strategy, networking, marketing and sales, customer service, and communicating the story and needs of the business. It helps entrepreneurs know if a business is growing in an unpredictable way or too briskly. They will learn about analyzing whether or not a business can afford to quickly create more products and services. The book also discusses the importance of maintaining quality customer service while gaining new customers.

Specific topics include the creation of strategic alliances, networking quotients, integrated marketing communication, and defining great service for the organization.

Smart Start-Up Growth: Strategies that Make Your Business Thrive is suitable for business courses in entrepreneurship, and workshops for prospective entrepreneurs.
