Edward Perez is an adjunct professor within the College of Hospitality Management and the College of Business Administration at California State Polytechnic University - Pomona. He has over 30 years of teaching experience, practical experience as an owner of four businesses, and has substantial experience with strategical planning as a board member of various companies.
