Dr. Lucy Parker-Barnes, Ph.D., LCPC(IL), LMHC(IN), LPC(PA), CCMHC, NCC, CCTP is an assistant professor at Quincy University and co-owner, counselor, and supervisor at Empathic Empowerment Counseling PLLC. She holds a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Northern Illinois University.
Dr. Kübra Civan, Ph.D., LPC(OH), NCC is an assistant professor of counselor education at Quincy University. She holds a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Ohio University.
Noel McKillip, M.A., LPC(CO), NCC, CCTP is the owner and operator of Neurologic Counseling, LLC, as well as a clinical researcher and educator. She holds dual master’s degrees in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University and elementary curriculum and instruction from the University of Denver.
