Patrick R. Mullen is a professor and chair in the Department of Counseling and Special Education at Virginia Commonwealth University. He teaches students in the master's and doctoral counselor education programs with a focus on school counseling. Patrick is a National Certified Counselor and National Certified School Counselor. He is on the editorial board for the Journal of Counseling and Development, Measurement and Evaluation in Counseling and Development, and Counseling and Values. Patrick holds a Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida.
