Ronald L. Caplan is an Associate Professor of Public Health at Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. His areas of expertise include health economics, American healthcare policy, and the history of American self-care. Dr. Caplan earned his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
